OASFAA’s NASFAA Fall 2006 Training Workshop will be organized a little differently this year.  Because this is a topic that is of prime importance to schools, OASFAA has elected to purchase the materials packets from NASFAA and provide one free packet to each school that attends the training.  To effectively and fairly distribute these packets, the following rules are in effect:

• Only school financial aid personnel will be allowed to receive materials. 
• Schools will receive only one packet of materials. 
• Materials will be reserved for schools on a first-come, first-served basis. Register early!
• No extra packets will be available for sale at this training.  

In 2005, 55 different schools attended the Fall 2005 training on Administrative Capability.  We only have 50 packets of materials for the Fall 2006 training and expect to use all of those to meet our commitment of one free packet per school. 

After the training, we’ll anounce on the OASFAA listserv how to buy any leftover packets and/or how to order packets directly from NASFAA.  The additional packets will cost $52 from OASFAA or $65 from NASFAA.  (NASFAA won’t sell any packets to the general public until after the regional workshops are finished, so don’t bother trying to buy extras now.)
